Our goal is to engage, synthesize and impress throughout every client and prospective client engagement. As a service driven company, our approach is to identify our clients’ needs and objectives throughout any course of communication. Within a time sensitive industry, we attentively address any pressing client need via telephone or email. In many instances, we spend time onsite with our prospects/clients in order to gauge their needs and come up with solutions of breadth, depth and longevity. No matter the nature or depth of the relationship, key practices by our client service professionals enable a comprehensive approach to tackling any international communication as it is transcribed from language to language around the world.

Information Gathering & Project ‘Download’

Park TI initiates every correspondence with its prospects and clients alike, by identifying key variables associated with any translation need, and beyond. At the onset of every engagement, we set out to understand all facets of short-term and long-term briefings, in an effort to become teammates with our clients. Each project commences with a 360º cooperative review. Language, target audience, technical field (if applicable), timing and costs are assessed, as well as logistics involved with on/off site translation needs, digital management systems, etc. A firm foundation of project or program needs is issued, discussed and confirmed.

Information Reviewed & Defined

Park TI client service professionals team with our project managers to best assess the project or program set forth. Project feasibility is assured and a full understanding of needs, expectations and objectives is established. Fees are calculated and prepared based on relationship, language/dialect, business practice/specialty, and timing. Details or concerns regarding the nature of any proposed assignment are summarized and relayed to the client. Final assessment of terms, fees and scheduling is agreed upon internally.

Engagement   

Whether a single project or retainer relationship has come to fruition, the needs, expectations, objectives, terms and fees have been understood and agreed upon by all parties. Communication remains open and proactive regarding any agreed upon assignment or relationship. Much of our success is founded upon our willingness to ensure any project’s success, in addition to extending our constant approachability. We reflect a clear understanding of client expectations through our dedication to terms agreed upon for every engagement.
